8:00p- The Ultimate Restorative Yoga Session + Therapeutic Stones: With the exhausting, accelerated pace of today’s world, many of us desperately need time to unplug. This practice offers a full immersion into the deep relaxation that’s possible with the right combination of props, candlelight and essential oils. Use this opportunity to rest during your waking hours, elevating your mood and mitigating the negative effects of stress.
9:00p- Evening Turndown Service: Before you slip off, you’ll be greeted each night with a warm, herbal tea and custom aromatherapies to aid in digestion and sleep.

9:00a- Awakening Yoga Session: Greet the day with an invigorating Vinyasa flow class. This up-beat intermediate-to-advanced level class is designed to build strength and increase flexibility. Can be customized to the areas of the body you would like to heal, stretch or strengthen.

11:30a- Coaching Workshop (sample): These interactive sessions are designed to engage, educate, and motivate you to live a happier, healthier life through simple yet impactful wellness practices. Participants will leave with a better understanding of the connection between stress and physical symptoms, learn a variety of techniques to elicit the relaxation response, appreciate the role of positive thoughts and learn the importance of healthy eating, sleep hygiene and physical activity.

11:30a- Guided Hike at Old Man’s Cave: Tune your mind into the healing benefits of the natural world while being guided on local trails where we explore the local environment. Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, our moving meditation practice uses the beautiful Hocking Hills forest as a source of meaningful sensory connection. Studies have shown that mindful time in nature reduces the stress hormone cortisol, lowers blood pressure, elevates mood and can even boost your body’s immune response.
