ITINERARY
10:00am | Arrive at Meeting Point: Boch Hollow State Nature Preserve
10:15am | Slow- Flow Yoga Session with Megan Fiscus: This is a steady practice with focus on proper alignment as you hold poses to engage muscles, build strength and improve stamina while bringing attention your breath.
10:45am | Guided Meditation: Experience a mindful breathing practice paired with aromatherapy
10:50am | Forest Therapy Hike with Kandis Hall: Tune your attention to the healing benefits of the natural world while being guided along the Hocking Hills trails where you learn to reconnect with nature through the art of forest-bathing. Includes guided sensory exercises and journaling prompts.
12:45pm | Connect + Reflect: This is a time to connect with one another as we reflect on our shared experiences.
1:00pm | Farewell: Our Women’s Winter Retreat will conclude with a bowl of warm soup prepared by Executive Chef Rob Wall and served to-go.
