INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION

WELLNESS WORKSHOP

Experience a powerful wellness workshop designed to help you explore the different types of meditation and discover the technique that’s most effective for bringing calm and peace into your life.

Participants will be provided with expert support and guidance while mindfully exploring meditation through a live Zoom session that doubles as a source of community support and connection.

This program will be led by our Yoga Instructor, Megan Fiscus. Megan is a RYT 200 trained in the Yoga on High tradition with a focus in Hatha and Restorative Yoga, certified Sekoia ™ teacher, Certified Reiki Master, and Meditation Teacher.
