Our Nature Therapy Walks are specifically designed to enrich and deepen your experience in nature by cultivating the art of forest-bathing: the art of connecting with nature through our senses.

These mindful adventures feature aromatherapies, yogic breathing practices, guided sensory exercises, journaling practices and herbal tea tastings.
